One of the highlights of the Go Green Festival will be the marvelous draft animals: horses, steers, mules, goats and other.
They are animals trained to pull carts or plows and used for farming and transportation. I remember our neighborhood had a pair of mules that we used for plowing up gardens. The Draft Horse Association is an active group that meets monthly to learn about topics such as harnasses and draft horse management.
